1972
Establishment of a company
The company ''Deligiannis-Holis'' was founded in 1972 by Mr. Deligiannis Vassilis and Mr. Cholis Ioannis. People who were pioneers and farsighted, perceived in time the needs of the market in the field of housing and created the challenge of new aesthetics, through the design of ''tiles and sanitary ware''.
In the center of Agrinio they created the first store, where for about 20 years they contributed with absolute knowledge and awareness of the functionality of the space, to the establishment of the new proposal.
In 1991, through a new, qualitative leap in aesthetics, it moved to the new privately owned building at the 4th km of the E.O. of Agrinio-Mesologgio, marking the great trajectory in providing high quality products, authenticity and harmony.

In 1999 the founding members, maintaining the family tradition, promoted the participation of their sons in the company, giving scope to the effort of continuity and evolution of their identity and giving up key decision-making and management positions, confirming in 2003 all their choices.
